CHAPTER 28
In this chapter, we learn that some people are affected by sensitive topics. When communicating with people (peers/adults/family/mixed company) how should you always carry a conversation?
Have you ever been in a situation where you or someone you know put "their foot in their mouth"? What happened and what was the outcome?
Different people react different ways. I have been in a very awkward conversation. I had 2 of my friends over and we were walking and my friend, Victoria, said something that was very hurtful to the other person. She put her foot in her mouth and very bad and then I tried to change the conversation and it worked. My friend Victoria felt very bad but the other girl forgot about it and we continued to walk. Sometimes this type of thing can end badly, but this fortunately turned out okay.
